Executive search module for ACT! 2005 roll out The Bachrach Group goes live with Datastream's new Executive Search module for ACT! 2005. The Bachrach group has been using ACT for 6 years now, their recent growth spurt to 40 recruiters and account reps motivated the update to ACT 2005 and a redesign of their job process. Datastream designed a full scale Job placement / candidate tracking system. The system starts with outlook pluggins that automate the creation of client sent job orders into job order records that are linked to the ACT client's record. Also, candidates resume submissions get automatically linked to the automatically created candidate record in ACT as well. The Job placement Detail record is a separate entity that can link all candidates who have been submitted to it, and allow for automated email submission to the clients with the candidates and resumes attached.
Built in communication alerts recruiters and sales people alone when new Job orders get posted to the system and when their recruiters have been submitted for jobs and when interviews get scheduled.

Datastream attracts attention at Sage's Insights in Dallas Datastream rolls out Time tracking/Invoice creation software "Do it Bill It" to rave reviews at Best/Sage annual software exhibit. Used to run our office for more than a year, we upgraded for ACT! 2005 in .net and wanted to share it widely. Joe Silverman, President of Datastream consulting said "this turns out to be a useful tool in many environments" and we thought it was a good product to bring to the public.
